Ms. Cray represents individuals and corporations in breach of contract, antitrust, unfair business practices, insurance defense, statutory and regulatory violation claims, and other business and commercial disputes.
Ms. Cray has regularly appears in all of the State Courts in Northern California, including the Court of Appeal, and in the Federal and Bankruptcy courts in all the districts in California, and has appeared in several cases in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also is highly experienced in arbitration and mediation.
Ms. Cray moved to Maine in 2018, and is admitted to practice in the Maine state and Federal courts.
Between 1993 and 2006 Ms. Cray served as a Judge Pro Temp/Temporary Judge with the Santa Clara County Superior Court. She handled discovery law and motion matters, settlement conferences and traffic court. In 2006 Ms. Cray was trained and became a member of the mediation panel of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Ms. Cray's non-litigation activities include contract documentation, review, purchase and sale agreements, including real estate, and general consultation on legal needs, rights and remedies.
Ms. Cray has graduated from the NETA Trial Advocacy and Advanced Trial Advocacy programs.
